By accessing or purchasing from TNP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. All products are intended for professional or personal nail use, and you assume full responsibility for proper application and use. TNP is not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or results that vary based on technique or skill level. All content, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of TNP and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.
Orders, Shipping & Final Sale
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun. If you need to correct your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is submitted.
Processing and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Carrier delays may affect delivery times. If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us at info@tnpgel.com with your order number so we can review the issue.
All TNP nail products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or changing your shade preference, including for unopened products. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and product-safety reasons.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us promptly at info@tnpgel.com your order number and photos. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund. If we ask you to return an item because of a verified issue, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost. Please see our Returns, Refunds & Order Issues policy for details.
Liability, Indemnification & Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Services. You agree to indemnify and hold TNP harmless from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use or misuse of our products or violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or update these Terms at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Florida courts
